Returns & Refund Policy
When Are Returns Not Possible? (Eligibility Rules)
Returned items must comply with all of the following:

Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Packaging: Include the full original packaging in the same condition as received.

Fees: Return/exchange shipping fees are borne by the customer (deducted from the refund or charged before reshipment).

Separate Orders: Orders placed separately cannot be returned together; combining returns slows down processing.

Non-compliant Returns: Any return that does not meet this policy will be rejected.
Order Cancellations
Card Payment Orders

You may cancel before shipment; your full amount will be refunded within 5–10 working days.

If the item has shipped but not yet delivered, you may still cancel; the refund will be processed after we receive the original item back from the courier.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

You may cancel before shipment.

For returns/exchanges: the courier must pick up and return the original order first for policy confirmation. Once approved, the replacement will ship. This process may take up to 10 working days.
