Returns & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


When Are Returns Not Possible? (Eligibility Rules)

Returned items must comply with all of the following:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

  • Packaging: Include the full original packaging in the same condition as received.

  • Timing: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Fees: Return/exchange shipping fees are borne by the customer (deducted from the refund or charged before reshipment).

  • Separate Orders: Orders placed separately cannot be returned together; combining returns slows down processing.

  • Non-compliant Returns: Any return that does not meet this policy will be rejected.

Note: The policy window is 3 days from purchase, and return/exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.


Order Cancellations

Card Payment Orders

  • You may cancel before shipment; your full amount will be refunded within 5–10 working days.

  • If the item has shipped but not yet delivered, you may still cancel; the refund will be processed after we receive the original item back from the courier.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • You may cancel before shipment.

  • For returns/exchanges: the courier must pick up and return the original order first for policy confirmation. Once approved, the replacement will ship. This process may take up to 10 working days.
